In Hollywood films, we use to see that a mentally sick mass murder are often "very smart" or "very unnatural/ close to zombie". Interestingly, this film almost perfectly framed the motives of a straight way or we can say this film tell us a hard story in a easy way.

22 July, it's a story that needed to be told, so that we will never forget (how could we?) what kind of sick people are walking on this earth, and so that we will never forget all those innocent victims (mostly children) that died in this cowardly massacre.

After seeing that the movie was directed by Paul Greengrass, I did not think twice to watch the movie as he directed some amazing films I've seen in the past like The Bourne film series, Captain Phillips, and United 93.The movie was intriguing and hard to watch at the same time.

A Norwegian drama based on real events with a touch of suspense. It deals with how two brothers live the terrorist attacks in Norway in a youth camp in 2011.

The film is shot in English to appeal to wider audience clearly .Not everyone speaks Norwegian for goodness sake .

It takes you so deep tht your heart starts pumping faster.

Although this film starts out dramatically, moving quickly to a tragic climax, it then slows down to a snail's pace as it explores the aftermath of the traumatic event that changed so many lives. Even though it moved slowly, it was very realistic in its depiction of what happened to both victims and victimizer.

Heart pounding, gut wrenching, horrifying, Realism, true story a movie verite that always appeals me.. it is intense in the first half...

An absoloutly fantastic movie that puts all your emotions (good and bad) on display.
