When Van Horn is riding in the golf cart, the reflection of the crew can be clearly seen on the hood of the cart.

When Bartelby locks Ambrose out of South Harmon the camera is reflected in the glass door.

When Bartleby and crew are walking into the "college" and the skateboarders come riding out, the angle changes and we see the camera men in the right of the screen.

The stamp on Bartelby's last rejection letter (Ohio State) changes between shots while he is opening the envelope.

During Schrader's "induction" into BKE, Gywnn's arm position changes between shots.

When Bartleby receives the letter telling him about the meeting with the state board of accreditors, the letter says that the meeting is at 11am.

But, when Bartleby and company arrive for the meeting, they tell the receptionist that their meeting is at 3pm.

When Sherman is in the room with the pool table, he backs into the rack holding the pool sticks and knocks them down.

In the next shot back to him, there are 2 sticks and the 9-ball rack back on the rack.

When Bartleby takes Monica back to his room he hits himself with the door which is clearly in an open hallway and opens from the right.

In the next cut the door opens from the left and is in an alcove.

In the first scene at the building that would become South Harmon, when Schrader jumps aside and shrieks, you can hear the scream before his mouth begins moving.

After Ambrose sets off the sprinkler system and the whole party decides to continue, nobody is electrocuted from the band instruments and equipment and such which are obviously plugged straight into the outlets.

When Schrader is mopping, the bucket next to the water is filled with brown paint.

When the scene returns to him (and he dips his mop in the bucket) the paint is now blue.

When B is mowing his lawn his sweat is bumpy on his shirt but when he talk to his dad it is a straight v then when he turns back it is bumpy again When Schrader is mopping, a piece of equipment behind the water and the paint bucket disappears and also a lid appears out of nowhere beside the ladder.

The board that all the student write the courses on throughout the movie is different from the board brought into the meeting with the state board of accreditor.

The board is smaller and some of the courses that were written on the other board are not there.

When Monica takes picture of the whole class you can see a flash, 'though her camera doesn't have flash.

When Monica is going to ask B to mow her lawn, her hair goes from in front of her shoulder to behind in between shots.

When B.

is giving the speech at the end to the Board of Directors, at the end of the speech he throws the chair that is in front of him onto the ground.

In the next scene you can see the chair still in front of him, then you see someone picking it up off the ground.

When the fire alarm is activated at the party all the sprinkler heads activate and spray water.

Automatic sprinklers use a metal alloy with a low melting point to govern activation.

Only heat can activate a sprinkler head.

When Hands throws the cheques on the table in front of Sherman, the movie goes on with the group discussing what they are going to do.

Whenever the screen shot is back on Sherman, during the discussion, the pile of cheques are always in a different spot on the table.

When Bartleby is about to kiss Monica in his room, he leans his head to the right.

The camera then changes angles, and both Monica and him are kissing with their heads tilted to the left.

Although set in Ohio, there are several shots from by the pool area that show large mountains in the background, which Ohio does not have.

When Hands and B are sitting playing computer games, Hands' right shorts leg is above the knee, the camera angle changes and we see them still playing games from behind, when the camera moves back the shorts are now covering his knee.

Camera shadow on Bartleby's shirt when talking to his little sister outside the school.

In the scene where the Dean of B's University is lecturing to a large group of students in the center of the half-pipe, there is a black "X" near his feet (his mark), but in the very next scene it has been removed.

It's supposed to be October in Ohio but there are blooming flowers and palm trees visible in several outdoor shots.

When Ambrose asks the weird guy what is this place and he answers "South Harmon Institute of Technology, the best college ever", the camera is visible on the glass door.

When Glen says "We can have a battle royal.

" He is holding a Pepsi can.

But in the next shot he sits down and picks the can up off the table.

When Hands, Rory, Glen, Bartleby, and Sherman are talking about the checks from the students.

Glens sunglasses keep changing from on his shoulder to an angle, and back again to his shoulder.

When Bartleby was addressing the student assembly, and the microphone was causing feedback, several shots of Rory at the mixer board reveals that there are no wires connected to the mixer board.

When Bartleby is explaining to Hands, Glen, and Rory why they should get accreditation, right before Sherman shows up, the wall behind him has "Yen Chi.

, Chinese Restaurant" painted on it with a phone number.

This number belongs to a Yen Ching Chinese Restaurant in Burbank, California.

On the first day of South Harmon, Glen's shirt changes throughout the day.

Though they have an appointment at the Board of Accreditation, they show up at the Board of Education for the hearing.

The return address on the letter states the Board of Accreditation is in Harmon, OH when in actuality all state offices would be in Columbus, OH.

After B gets done singing "Blitzkrieg Bop", he tells Monica he channeled the ghost of Johnny Ramone.

Johnny was their guitarist.

B would have been channeling the ghost of Joey Ramone.

When B is painting a dorm room, the color of the paint in one of the buckets changes between scenes.

When Bartleby receives his rejection letter from Ohio State College, the word 'that' should be 'than' in "We will receive more that 4000 applications.

There is no 'Ohio State College' in Ohio, rather the intended institution's real name is 'The Ohio State University'.

After the accreditation hearing, in the long shot, Dean Van Horne places a sheet of paper in his briefcase and closes it.

In a close up shot, he does the same action.

I don't care about inconsistencies .. or lame crap like that .

Lots of funny scenes in this movie. But can I just say....

I just got this movie from my friend and had a good time watching it... This movie is amazingly funny and also really enthusiastic too !

I actually watched an advance preview of this film in Hollywood. I had to lie about my age to get in and pretend to be a few years younger than I actually was.

(Credit IMDb) A high school slacker who's rejected by every school he applies to opts to create his own institution of higher learning, the South Harmon Institute of Technology, on a rundown piece of property near his hometown.Accepted is one of those really good movies that goes relatively unnoticed when it first comes out.

A very good, refreshing and lighthearted comedy that has a good point. The movie is not realistic at all.

I am writing this review mainly because everything, the reviews (a meager 37% on RottenTomatoes, seriously?), the box-office, etc.

I had absolutely no idea what this film was about, I just took the plunge and I glad I did. It's a good, funny, typical comedy with an original plot and a good cast.

Fantastic watch, will definitely watch again, and can recommend.I've watch this movie so many times, and it's probably one of my favorite movies.
