When Michelle calls Jim's dad into her room to help with her vows, they sit down together.

A crew member can be seen in the mirror behind Jim's dad.

After people find that Stifler ruined the flowers, Jim and Michelle walk through a door.

Before they walk through, Jim is wearing his jacket, and on the other side, Michelle is wearing it.

When Finch and Michelle are at the airport, Finch goes into the bathroom and the camera is reflected in the mirror.

When Jim and his dad talk about vows and sex, the camera, cameraman and lights used to film the scene are reflected in the television behind them.

When the strippers and Bear are arriving at Jim's house, it is dark outside.

When the bride's parents arrive, daylight can be seen through the curtains.

When Michelle's grandmother's wedding band is dropped and picked up again, it is clearly a different ring.

Finch reaches for Michelle's wedding ring twice.

As Michelle's parents are arriving at the bachelor party, Finch cries out "Stifler", but his mouth does not match the word.

When Stifler gets to the party, there is a palm tree behind the house in the background.

The amount of suds on Finch's head in the last scene changes between shots.

During the bachelor party when the cop stripper is trying to get Finch to touch her, her jacket is off, in the next shot after she gets angry with Stiffler for touching her, her coat is on and she removes it again.

The wedding is supposed to take place in Traverse City, Michigan.

There are no rocky cliffs on the coastline in Traverse City, Michigan only sandy beaches and sand dunes.

Ventilation fans extract air from inside the building to the outside, not the opposite as is shown when Jim throws his hair out of the window.

In the cake scene, Jim turns into Stifler totally crushing the cake, however when the dogs arrive and are waiting at the end of the corridor, the following shot of Stifler holding the cake shows its not been crushed and is intact.

- PLOTAfter Jim and Michelle have been together so long, why is he surprised that she has a sister? At the gay bar, Stifler was twirling counter clockwise but in the second scene, he was twirling clockwise.

The character Bear obviously has fake buttcheeks in the back of his pants, most notably when sitting down on the loveseat (although the pants could just be made like that).

During the bachelor party Paul Finch while Michelle's Dad is bent over getting a cutting board he is exiting the room if you look he is wearing socks.

And once Jim and the dad leave the kitchen and see the stairs there are chocolate foot prints that would not be possible if he were wearing socks when he went up the stairs.

On the morning of the wedding, a sunrise is seen over the water.

The scene is supposed to be set in Traverse City, Michigan, where a sunrise would be seen over the state of Michigan - sunset would be over Lake Michigan.

Jim asks his Dad if he would've passed on sex with Nadia.

After clarifying the question to mean if Jim's dad was not married and was a college guy, Jim's dad replies, "In a heartbeat," meaning yes, he would have passed on sex with Nadia.

However he surely meant no, he would not have passed on such an opportunity.

Contrary to what many believe, when Stifler is caught in the linen closet with Jim's grandma, he shouts at the others to shut the door, to which Finch replies "You got it, champ" in a disgusted voice.

This is often misinterpreted as "You got it, Jim", which obviously wouldn't make sense.

When Stifler picks up the dog poop with the paper, there are grass clippings on it.

When they show it later, it is grass free.

Though shot in 2003, the Chicago nighttime fly-by for the trip to find the dressmaker was most likely taken from stock film shot in between 1996-'98.

The Stone Container Building (the diamond topped building) has a red border sporting "Go Bulls", something that hasn't been done since that championship time period.

Right after the pubic hair is shaved, they show Jim throwing the hair out the window.

Follow the hair follicles down the side of the building until the window is out of shot.

There is a clear jump cut here.

With Stifler and the cake that says 'Congratulations Jim', after Stifler is on the ground and Jim is trying to get the first dog off Stifler, the second dog comes in.

Just before the second dog gets to Jim's leg you can see a cut shot, sort of hidden with a morphing transition.

If you pause at the right spot, you can see two little dogs.

When Finch is in the kitchen by the fridge he sets the whipped cream on the counter and is rubbing the chocolate on his body and then "magically" the whipped cream is on his body without him picking up the bottle.

At the end of the film, when the newly-married couple take to the dance floor for their first dance, their chosen song is 'Into The Mystic' performed by Van Morrison but by the time the song comes to an end, it is no longer Van Morrison singing it and is not the same version of the song as the one that they start dancing to.

'American Wedding' is a Truly Funny Motion-Picture. The Third Flick in the 'American Pie' Series, offers funny, amusing & memorable moments in the goings-on.

The best performance from Stiffler every and overall american pie franchise...

Not quite at previous heights but more than enough laughs to make this worthwhile!

Yeah, so if you liked the first two as much as I did, you'll probably fin this movie fun and entertaining. Here's the thing though, it's not really an AP movie.

If you want to watch a film that is funny and has a feel good vibe to it then this is the one. There is a tiny hint of seriousness to it as well which combines well.

Jim (Jason Biggs) and Michelle (Alyson Hannigan) are getting married. We get introduced to Michelle's family (Fred Willard, Deborah Rush, January Jones).

Completely unfunny, who wrote this? Its just all of the characters in as many awkward situations as possible, which is just cringe-worthy.

American Wedding is a good addition to the American Pie franchise, but I would say it's my least favorite of the bunch for a couple of reasons. This one is where Jim (Jason Biggs) and Michelle (Alyson Hannigan) have been together for a little while and they have gotten engaged.
