This isn't a typical bollywood over the top crime-thriller movie. It's something that elevates this above other bollywood crime-thriller movies right from the beginning.

This movie aptly describes the harsh realities of discrimination existing in rural India till date. Sadly, these kind of thought-provoking content-driven movies doesn't get the fame and attention that it deserves as compared to the masala movies driven by cheap and offensive dialogues with slapstick humour.
The movie is good and bad. Good parts first but why I call some of it is bad that it has done great disservice to the cause it espouses despite being able to capture some nuances very well..
Yes I agree the movie portrays a very troubling but accurate reality in the villages of this country. I just didn't feel that the pace of storytelling was compelling enough to keep my attention.

A hard hitting, compelling film on Indian caste system and the discrimination. The all natural setting, acting and crisp editing make this film a must watch.
I am pakistani and So glad to see an Indian movie raised to the hollywood standard. It takes a massive amount of courage and sleepless nights to create a work of genius such as this movie.
