I haven't seen any kannada movie done so well for pre-mobile phone era in recent years (others good ones that come to mind are "Ulidavaru Kandante", "Aa Dinagalu", "KGF", "Avane Srimannarayana"). Very well fleshed-out screenplay and brilliant execution of the story.
