It's cheesy and isn't anything we haven't seen before from the genre but at one point I had to rewind because I was crying-laughing, so It is the perfect movie to watch right now during these pandemic days. Easy turn your brain off entertainment.

Just watched this from a friend suggestion and was laughing out loud. Love this type of comedy.
Blockers is simply not funny and a complete drag. Disappointed this counts for entertainment these days.
It's the classic tale of teen prom night sex pact, but rather than the story being focused on a bunch of lads desperate to lose their virginity, we follow a group of girls who have a refreshing, realistic female attitude towards sex. The misogyny of previous Teen Prom movies like American Pie is thankfully a distant memory.
It may be kind of forgettable, ultimately, but this is great fun and light to watch and the writing and casting in particular make it very worthwhile. Perfect lazy Sunday film.
I chose to watch this movie cuz i saw john cena was in it, expecting godawful acting, and found myself surprised that he portrayed his character just fine. Some scenes was abit over the top, but he pulled it off.
