When Matt Murdock is waking up with his evening of lovemaking with Elektra, there is no scarring on his eyes.

The scars were in other scenes of the film.

The scars on Daredevil's back disappear at various other points in the movie (e.

when in bed with Elektra) As Daredevil is finishing his discussion after the final fight with Fisk, his mouth moves as thought he is speaking, but he says nothing.

When Murdock is throwing a fit in his costume closet, he fails to knock off one of his walking sticks from its peg, but moments later the peg is empty.

When Daredevil is chasing Jose Quesada into the subway a shot from the stairway shows that the digital clock hanging from the ceiling which shows when the next train will be arriving reads 1:58 then 1:57 then 1:56.

Then in the quick next shot from the tunnel zooming in on Jose hiding behind a pillar, the display reads 1:37 then 1:36 then 1:35 and 1:34.

The clock skips 19 seconds.

When Bullseye says to Kingpin "I want a bloody costume", the background behind him changes.

Also, he's clearly saying the original "I want a fucking costume" line, put back into the director's cut DVD.

During the Daredevil / Elektra fight, some sheets supposedly hanging on a line to dry display crease lines as if they were just removed from a package.

The date on the invitation to the Black & White Ball Karen Page gives Matt Murdock is July 14 however the date on the invitation he finds on the pillow is August 13th.

When Elektra is firing a gun at Daredevil, after her father has been murdered, she empties a clip, and then continues to click the pistol.

Since she is using a Glock pistol that has "safety action" that would not have been possible.

Also when a clip is emptied the pistol is locked in a mode making it easier to reload.

In the opening scene, Daredevil is seen on top of the church, holding onto a cross with his left arm.

In the next shot he is not holding the cross at all.

The font used in Ben Urich's "Daredevil Revealed" article changes when the deleting begins.

During the end of the climactic scene between Daredevil and The Kingpin, as the cane is first stuck in the ground we see it on the right-hand side of Kingpin.

In the next shot it's gone, and moments later Daredevil drops it right in front of Kingpin although we never see him budge it out from being driven into the floor.

After Bullseye throws a shuriken (throwing star) at Daredevil, as he is saying, "I missed," he is sitting straight up on his motorcycle.

When he says, "I never miss," he is leaning forward on the motorcycle.

When Matt puts mustard in his coffee, some of it drips down the side of the mug, but when Foggy goes to drink it, the mustard is gone.

When Elektra is standing in the rain at her father's funeral and opening her umbrella, she was already getting wet by the rain before she opened it.

As she is entering the limo the next shot follows.

While sitting in the limo, she is completely dry.

When we first see adult Matt in his "sleep capsule", he has the wound he sustained while fighting Quesada.

Later, when he is folding the money, the wound is gone.

Later, after fighting and killing Quesada, he goes to "bed" and the wound is back.

After defeating Kingpin at the end of the movie Daredevil says "Justice is served" and after the cut his mouth move again saying "Justice is served" but there is no sound.

When they are at the party at the fictional "Grand Hotel" in Manhattan, we can clearly see the lobby of the Los Angeles Biltmore hotel in the background.

The Los Angeles Biltmore just happens to be located on a street called "Grand Avenue".

At Quesada's trial, Matt and Froggy appear to be representing the rape victim.

In the US, a rapist would be prosecuted by the district attorney (the victim would not have to hire her own lawyer).

If this was meant to be a civil suit, if she was suing him for damages after he'd already been found not guilty in a criminal trial, the jury would not have found him "guilty" or "not guilty" - they would have found for the plaintiff or for the defendant.

Matt and Froggy really have no reason to be at that particular type of trial.

When Kingpin is talking with Bullseye, he has a cane in his hand as he walks over to his cabinet to get a drink.

When he opens the cabinet, the cane is nowhere in sight.

After Bullseye spears Kingpin's olive with a pencil, the cane is magically back in his hand.

When Bullseye throws Daredevil's billy club at Nicholas Nachios, it rotates in different directions at different times.

During the battle in the church, Daredevil and Bullseye dangle from a horizontal organ pipe.

Such an organ pipe is very carefully balanced in the vertical position secured by only one small hook mounted on a wall bracket.

Should that hook come undone, the organ pipe would fall to the ground immediately.

In all her battles, Elektra uses her Sais in a very incorrect manner.

She has her fingers in between the prongs which eliminate the sais primary purpose, which is to trap an opponent's weapon.

The way she holds her sais actually put her fingers in danger.

Plus, the sais are blunt weapons, not sharp.

In the scene where Bullseye follows Elektra and her father on a motorcycle, and gets kicked off by Daredevil, we clearly see that he's not holding anything.

In the CG and live-action stunt, Bullseye does not hold anything in either hand, yet in the close-up he holds up Daredevil's baton (just after he says, "Drop somethin'?").

When Urich shows up after Daredevil pushes Quesada onto the train tracks, he throws his lit cigarette into some kind of flammable liquid on the ground in the shape of Daredevil's "DD" logo.

Did Daredevil squirt that liquid on the ground and just hope someone would come along, notice it was there, and drop a burning object onto it to light it? The burning 'DD' reflected in Ben Urich's glasses is the right way round, when it should be mirror imaged.

Wires lifting up Elektra during the rooftop battle.

When Bullseye stabs Elektra, the point of the weapon that is pushing against the back of her outfit does not line up with the blade before it enters her chest.

When Bullseye pulls the blade out of Elektra, there is no part of the knife sticking out the back as there is in the previous shot.

Also, the sai is clearly not penetrating the leather of her top while jutting out of her back.

In the theatrical cut of the film, the cops come to arrest the King Pin without having found any evidence who he really is.

This has been changed in the director's cut of the film.

Daredevil kicks Bullseye off the motorcycle, lands on his feet, and reaches for his club.

Both holsters are empty, and Bullseye uses his grapple club to kill Natchios.

Yet, when Elektra starts shooting at Daredevil, he uses his grapple to climb a wall and get away from her.

Where did he get it? After his chemical accident he awakes in hospital upon the noise of a drip and an ECG.

The medical equipment is running, but in no way connected to him.

Bullseye uses an organ pipe as a club to fight Daredevil.

Metal organ pipes are typically made of thinly rolled lead or a lead and tin alloy.

If one could manage to lift and swing the heavy pipe, the soft metal would collapse in the hands before even the first blow could be landed.

If you look closely at 'Colin Farrell (I)' (qv) in his opening scene in the pub, you'll see that his neck and the top of his chest are peeling.

This is not a skin condition that is characteristic of Bullseye, rather it is Colin Farrell's sunburn.

He had just returned from a holiday in Mexico on a boat.

When young Daredevil slides down the railing, wires are visible for a fraction of a second.

When Electra is practicing with her knives against the sandbags, she has a braid in her hair.

When she slashes the last one and the scene is about to end, her braid is gone.
