The LASIK machine would be unable to produce a beam powerful enough to cause the amount of burning shown due to its power limitations.

In the kitchen when Peter is trying to shoot Molly, he instead hits a large cylinder mounted on the wall near the gas stoves.

The cylinder should have contained a fire suppressant chemical which would have made it hard to breath.

Yet the entire time the cylinder is spewing its contents into the kitchen, not one of the people present even so much as coughs.

Although heavy and high up the Buddha that fell on Isaac's head may have had enough force to crush his skull but not enough to completely flatten his head and it would not shear and sever the arteries and skin of his neck.

- PLOTThe premise of the movies has been death trying to "balance the books" with peoples lives, but in this installment murder would let someone take the remaining days of someone else's lives but by that logic even if they did nothing and death took them there would still be an imbalance of the time from the disaster to the time of the accident, therefore making it impossible to reach an equilibrium in "time left to live.

" Nathan, Dennis, and another woman exit the bus more than once.

In the bridge sequence, the bus free falls with a passenger inside, who was initially in the back.

The movie shows the man falling towards the front windshield during free fall, but in reality, the person would feel weightless, and float inside the bus, since both the person and bus were in free fall at the same time.

There is a scene where the construction worker's water jug falls through the hole in the bridge.

But in the scene before it, the water jug isn't visible on the concrete barrier it fell from.

When getting Lasik surgery Olivia is shown pulling the eye off the bear, but if you look at the bear's face the eye is still intact.

During Sam's premonition the bus driver can be seen instantly going from standing up to sitting down between shots several times while everyone is evacuating the bus.

Eventually, just after Candice's death, the driver is sat back down in his seat again, but in the very next scene the bus is seen to be completely deserted apart from Isaac.

In the premonition, we can see that the pickup carrying iron rods has begun to fall in the bridge gap and dropped some of its contents.

In the Real the pickup remains safely away from the gap in the bridge.

In the scene immediately after Dennis' death, a white Ford Mustang is seen which is clearly the current body style, therefore making it a 2005 or later model.

This movie takes place in 2000.

During the bridge collapse, there is a gap between two rail pipes that Molly and Olivia try to cross.

When Olivia attempts to cross the two railings following Molly, she is seen on the first railing crawling and looking at Molly reaching for her.

In the exact next screen shot, Olivia is seen on the second railing reaching or Molly, then falls.

A red Chrysler LeBaron can be seen on the bridge before it collapses.

That vehicle does not have a rear view mirror.

The bridge and scenery is not that of any in New York, but the Lion's Gate Bridge in Vancouver.

The news reporter says that there were eight employee bus survivors and 17 employees who died on that bus.

When Isaac gets up to talk in the restroom, you can count the number of employees, and there are only 19.

The screw on the balance beam would not have gone unnoticed by any of the gymnasts or the coach.

Additionally, no coach or team member would ever permit an electrical cord, or a cord of any kind, across the mats.

During the gymnastics scene, before Candice's death, there's a girl doing a routine on the uneven bars.

There's a thick blue pad that she dismounts onto and an orange mat next to it.

A few minutes later when Candice is doing her uneven bar routine the blue pad and orange mat are gone.

Absolutely loved every single minute of it. So many unexpected and gory moments involved, like the boat impalement and Peter and Sam's death in the premonition was pretty gory too.

Enjoyed this, engaging 3D experience. From start to finish, keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Wow, this film was such a blast. It's definitely the best one yet, bringing back the fear and dread of the first, a speckle of humour here and there, some new twists and turns to keep it exciting and ultimately some pretty gruesome and bloody deaths.

Well what can I say, I've sat and watched all FD's and I think the FD5 is the WORST one going, there wasn't enough visions, no-one tried to cheat death, I just wanted to fall asleep!I would not recommend this film if you like the previous 4 then this one will disappoint you also, the story line, wasn't as full as the other, it seem to have more people that should have died but these were missed out.

Who would have thought that Final Destination could have spawned a franchise that is five films strong now over the last 11 years, each depending on what's essentially a very standard formula where a cast of relatively unknowns get put through the special effects paces, having their characters involved in one introductory tentpole death sequence twice with a premonition and the actual in which they escape from, followed by individual deaths through extremely rigged scenarios of coincidence designed by Death himself. And please don't judge me when I say this - that I had thoroughly enjoyed each and every one of those sequences from its predecessors and continue enjoying those gory moments up until this film, not that I'm sick or deprived, but you have to salute the filmmakers ingenuity in coming up with these set pieces that get to crawl under your skin, and then some.

I really loved the opening credits of this film. It introduces the killers of the series.

Final Destination 5 (2011) ** (out of 4) Obviously THE FINAL DESTINATION wasn't the last in the series as here we are with number five. As usual, a man envisions that the bridge he and his co-workers are on is about to collapse so this vision gets them out of harms way.

What would you be willing to do when Death comes for you? That's the question explored in the popular franchise's fifth installment that delivers a solid experience for fans and non-fans alike.

I have just come back from the cinema after watching this film in 3D, and i have to say that it is one of the best horror films that i have seen this year so far. I wasn't the biggest fan of this franchise, after the third film which i found predictable, and the fourth film was a pointless film.
