Towards the end of the film when Blythe Danner and Peter Fonda walk down the red stairs and are confronted by John Ryan you can clearly see the marks on the steps where the actors should stand.

Peter Fonda & Blythe Danner play two reporters who attend the re-opening of Delos, the amusement park that went haywire in the first film, resulting in many deaths. Fonda has been warned that there is still something wrong at Delos(He helped break the story of "Westworld" in the first place).

It was obviously made to capitalize on the (deserved)success of "Mondwest "(1973):Yul Brynner has a cameo in this sequel. But ,although the movie borrows from other works (notably " invasion of the body snatchers" (1956,1978,and another remake in the nineties) for the last sequences ,it's quite entertaining.

Usually when a sequel is made without the inclusion of the creator of the original, is where things go downhill. Michael Crichton's film debut with Westworld (1973) was a unique sci-fi / horror film that made its viewers think about what if technology goes awry.

Westworld is one of my favourite sci-fi films. When I heard there was a sequel, I rushed to track it down convinced it couldn't be that bad a film.

The sequel to Westworld (1973) and even as it picks rather in on the ending of Westworld once this movie starts going it fades far away from Westworld. And I must say that I didn't liked the idea they added to this flick.

While this film is certain not to be a "classic" in any sense of the word, it is entertaining in the worst way. The acting is over the top, the scenery is mundane, and the concepts have been done before and since, with much better results.

Cheesy brass and glass furniture and "have a nice day" inspired wall hangings this is what the future looks like?. the Hyatt regency Newark is more futuristic then this dump.

Although "Futureworld" is considered by many to be a poor excuse for a sequel,it has its own cult followers. After the tragic deaths of several guests at the hands of robots in "Westworld," Delos decides to invite reporters Tracy and Chuck to the rebuilt resort.

"Westworld" was a very good adventure film...and I was very impressed when I re-watched it recently.
