As Harold and Kumar drive 'Neil Patrick Harris' (qv)' car through Alabama, the license plates on the car clearly read "Virginia", but for one scene as they enter Texas, the license plates read "Texas".

Then, later they are back to "Virginia".

When Harold backs the yellow sports car into the fire hydrant, the hydrant topples over and water gushes everywhere.

But in a closeup of the rear of the car a short time later, there is no damage to the car, not even a scratch on the bumper.

When escaping from the Fox Hole whore house, the window on the car Harold is driving is shot out.

In the next scene, the window is intact.

The passenger side head rest disappears and reappears between shots in the Chevy Cobalt 'Neil Patrick Harris' (qv) is driving.

A car appears and disappears between shots behind the car 'Neil Patrick Harris' (qv) is driving.

The bandage across Harold's eye moves or disappears throughout the beginning of the movie.

When all three drive up to the whorehouse the white illuminated sign on the right side of the screen says "Girls, Girls, Grils.

" When Harold and Kumar are in Alabama, the hunter that shoots and stabs the deer proceeds to claim that the deer was born in '04.

The movie takes place in '04, and the deer is at least four years old.

In the skydiving scene Kumar "swims" towards Harold.

In free fall, you can't swim through the air, flailing your arms and legs just destabilizes yourself.

To get two people together, all you have to do is face downwards and towards each other.

In Alabama, when Harold and Kumar are driving down the street toward the pickup basketball game, you can clearly see it raining through the windshield.

When the camera cuts back, it is not raining and the street is dry.

While Harold and Kumar are talking to Vanessa and Colton, an extra in a blue sweatshirt is seen walking past them four times.

In the sky diving scene, Kumar holds onto Harold while Harold opens the parachute.

It would be impossible for Kumar to remain holding on when the parachute opens up due to the sudden change of momentum.

In the airport scene with Vanessa, Harold's passport switches from his right hand to his left hand, and to his right hand again.

In the initial interrogation scene, after Agent Fox asks "Is it freedom-o-clock?", Harold's hands are on the table.

Then, in the immediate next shot, Harold's hands are off of the table.

When Harold and Kumar are petting the deer in Alabama, the deer is right beside them.

Then, when the hunter kills it, the deer is a distance away from them.

When Harold and Kumar are taking the plane back to Guantanamo Bay, they have two agents sitting on each side of them.

The agent next to Kumar brings his hand up to his mouth, coughs, and says "Queers!", however, in the next shot the agent's hand is down by his side.

When Raza asks Harold and Kumar to pull down their pants at the party, obvious body doubles are used.

Window position of 'Neil Patrick Harris' (qv)' car as it goes through the checkpoint.

The rear window changes from down to up.

The Guantanamo Bay prison uniforms have black hoods that vanish midway through the escape.

When Harold backs the mustang into the fire hydrant the ensuing geyser of water floods the street, but when it shows the basketball players walking over to the car, the street is barely wet.

Big Bob doesn't unlock Harold and Kumar's cell.

He simply slides the door open.

Whenever the Homeland Security vehicles are shown, they have flashing orange lights.

Federal law enforcement vehicles use red or red and blue flashing lights.

Maria's hand changes position on Harold's face when they meet in Amsterdam.

It changes from being on his face, to on his shoulder, and disappears.

The aircraft that Harold and Kumar are last seen flying in is a C-130 "Hercules", but the interior is that of a Douglas DC-3 or some other plane, not a C-130.

During the 'bottomless party' scene, as their buddy explains the theme of the party you see two girls walking over to a chair and a guy in a green T-shirt, also "bottomless".

You can see pretty clearly that the guy is wearing a panty-hose or skin colored 'cock-sock' to cover his genitals.

You can see it again about 8 seconds later.

About midway through the movie, before Harold and Kumar spot the the two KKK members in the forest and right after Kumar's fantasy sex scene, when they are walking through the dark forest, you can see something metallic clearly reflecting light in the background in the woods as the camera pans sideways following the two actors.

The shiny object looks like it might be a mirror of a car, since it is above the ground.

When Harold and Kumar are put on the C-130 aircraft to fly back to Guantanamo Bay, there is no such airport as "Hewitt Regional Airport".

The closest airport that large would be the TSTC airfield, ten minutes north of Waco, where then-President 'George W.

Bush' (qv) flew in and out of.

To fly from there to Guantanamo Bay, they would fly southeast.

However, when they parachute from the plane, probably half an hour out, they land in Crawford, Texas, which is an hour west of Waco.

The amount of coins in front of Rosenberg and Goldstein changes before and after Ron Fox leaves the room.

At the road block, the car window is open before it arrives, and is closed after they leave.

While Harold and Kumar are on the flight to Amsterdam, Harold is watching a movie on his laptop.

When they show a shot of Kumar he has a pillow behind his head.

They change shots and come back to showing Kumar, where the pillow is different, with a dark blue stripe.

Finally, the last shot of Kumar in the sequence the pillow is missing.

Thought it is a cliché in movies, fire hydrants are not only designed to break off when hit, but need to have downward pressure applied to open the valve.

So the scene in Birmingham when they backed the car over the fire hydrant and the hydrant gushed water is not realistic.

At the beginning of the movie, after Kumar opens the bath curtains, they are covering his right shoulder.

But in the next shot, when the camera is behind him, they are clearly more open and not covering his body.

The guns in the movie frequently shoot many more bullets than is possible for the make's capacity.

Since the movie is meant to be a live-action cartoon, where everything is larger than life, this can be seen as deliberate.

After the credits, when 'Neil Patrick Harris' (qv) is shown to still be alive, his car is still in the driveway of the brothel where he parked it, even though Harold and Kumar had already taken the car and are presumably long gone.

The device Kumar finds in the car, and uses to call Goldstein, is a Nokia 770 Internet Tablet.

It is not even a phone, and is wrongly referred to as Nokia 7710.

'Neil Patrick Harris' (qv)'s car has cloth seats, but when Harold and Kumar are shown hiding under the blanket during the check point entering Texas, the seat appears to be upholstered in leather.

Big Bob wears an upside down rank insignia, has a style of facial hair not permitted for Army personnel, and takes his baton into the cells (which is forbidden to prevent the exact problems shown in this movie).

This is to show that he is an outlaw with no respect for rules and regulations.

The State Troopers watching the checkpoint where Harold, Kumar, and 'Neil Patrick Harris' (qv) are stopped are wearing Louisiana State Police uniforms, but with Virginia State Police patches.

When suspects are taken into custody, they are usually patted down for any weapons that may be on that person, such as mace, to prevent them from assaulting the officers.

Yet, Harold was able to hide a can of mace in his pants pocket without it being confiscated.

When Harold complains about Kumar using the toilet while he is trying to shower, Kumar reminds him that they just ate 30 burgers and 4 large orders of fries.

In the first movie when ordering their food at the White Castle, Harold asked for 30 sliders, 5 french fries, and 4 large Cherry Cokes, while Kumar ordered the same except with Diet Cokes.

In the first movie, Kumar's bed is just a mattress pushed up against the wall, but when he is packing his suitcase, he has a double bed in the middle of the room.

NPH's car is registered in Virginia, but does not have a Virginia state inspection sticker displayed in the middle of the windshield as required by Virginia law.

Pardon my English! - For all of you readers out there!

Harold and Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay is a good movie with a decent but predictable storyline that was clearly only set up for the comedy aspect, but a great comedic cast.I certainly did not enjoy it as much as the first Harold and Kumar,it just wasn't as funny and the jokes and the story wern't as original, and a lot of it was very cheesy and cliché,something that was gladly absent from the first.

I know movies with plots like these are not meant to be taken seriously, but the plot was just to crazy for me. I knew from the first 10 minutes of this movie that I wouldn't like it and it just got stupider as it went on.

This movie takes place right after the first movie. Harold (John Cho) and Kumar (Kal Penn) are flying off to Amsterdam to follow Maria (Paula Garcés).

In this follow up to Harold & Kumar go to White Castle, our inept duo are taking a trip to Amsterdam to see Harold's (John Cho) love interest who is working out there as a model. In typical fashion, the lads cause trouble before they are even on the plane when airport staff ask to carry out a 'random security check' on Kumar (Kal Penn).

Decent watch, could watch again, and can recommend. It definitely doesn't stand alone, you've got to see the first movie for this one to have enough context for the situation.

I wanted to share a specific insight with those of you who read my reviews. It involves those films that get a "1" rating, because I simply cannot stomach them in any kind of fashion.

I'm sure there are those here who admire this stuff as funny and satirical. But the way they treat women is just like every other male chauvinist pig - like chattel, only to be exploited in whatever way the "men" choose.
