When Harry reveals himself to Snape in the Great Hall he is wearing a Hogwarts robe.

However his regular clothes are beneath the robe, and he is seen tossing it to the side once Snape flees.

When Harry, Hermione and Ron arrive in Hogsmeade, the town is snow-covered.

At nearby Hogwarts, there is no snow anywhere.

The cold weather was caused by the Dementors.

While we are told that Snape conjured the patronus that led Harry to the Sword of Gryffindor in _Harry Potter and the Deathly HallowsPart 1 (2010)_ (qv), he had no way of knowing where the trio were camped.

This mystery was explained in the book via the medium of Phineas Nigellus' portrait, which Hermione carried in her beaded bag.

But Harry had the piece of glass that Sirius gave him in _Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007)_ (qv), which enabled him to see Aberforth Dumbledore.

It is possible that Aberforth recognized the area and contacted Snape.

The pillow behind Griphook changes position during the Shell Cottage scene.

When Harry is viewing Snape's memory, he sees Dumbledore with Snape, as Snape casts the patronus charm.

This is not the same patronus that leads Harry to finding the sword of Gryffindor in _Harry Potter and the Deathly HallowsPart 1 (2010)_ (qv), it is merely to highlight to Dumbledore the extent of his love for Lily.

When Lily and James are pictured as they are murdered both in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and in Snape's penseive they are wearing different clothing than when Harry uses the Resurrection Stone so that he may have them with him as he dies.

The resurrection stone does not always give those brought back the same appearance as when they died.

When Harry and the characters are in Gringotts, they go through a waterfall.

After they have fallen out the cart, Hermione gets up, wet, but the next time you see her she is dry (her skin and clothes don't reflect light as much as they did in the previous shot), then in the next shot, she is wet again.

Just after Harry has seen Snape's memories in the pensieve, he turns and sits down on the step and the camera can be seen reflected in the gold on the wall behind him.

It is not explained how Luna Lovegood returned to Hogwarts before Harry, Ron and Hermione.

However, many events that happen are unseen, just because we do not see Luna return and do not know her motives, doesn't mean she had none.

It is most probable she returned with other members of Dumbledore's Army either to defend Hogwarts or because she thought Harry might return.

A deleted scene (appearing in the DVD) shows Luna leaving for Hogwarts shortly after Dobby's death.

In the book, Neville contacts the members of D.

to call them to the Room of Requirement upon Harry's return to the school.

The first spell (i.

wand movement) Molly Weasley fires at Bellatrix Lestrange is exactly the same as the second time she fires at Bellatrix (after Bellatrix attacks her and laughs).

They re-used the same shot, the only difference is the colour of the spell.

When the trio change clothes after jumping into the black lake, Harry puts on a long sleeved shirt that is gray with a dark collar.

Later, in the "limbo" scene, he is shown wearing the same gray shirt with dark collar but short sleeves.

In one of Snape's flashbacks he is holding Lily's dead body and she is wearing a light blue button up shirt.

In versions of the same scene in previous movies, she is wearing a black turtleneck.

When Draco returns to his parents (after Voldemort hugs him) he is seen to be leaving in the crowd with Narcissa.

In the next shot, he and his mother are still standing in front of the crowd/behind Voldemort.

However, Draco and Narcissa didn't actually leave the crowd.

they are seen stopping and turning just as the scene cuts to Neville as he is about to step forward.

The Malfoys didn't actually leave until Neville pulled the Sword of Gryffindor out of the Sorting Hat and Harry drops from Hagrid's arms, alive.

At the end of the film when Harry takes his son to board the Hogwarts Express at Kings Cross, an exterior shot of St Pancras Station is used.

St Pancras is a more photogenic building than Kings Cross.

In _Harry Potter and the Deathly HallowsPart 1 (2010)_ (qv) it was established that the trio had gained control of Bellatrix Lestrange's wand at Malfoy Manor.

However in Part 2's Gringotts lobby scene, Hermione-impersonated Bellatrix refuses to show her wand as ID.

This was explained in the book that the real Bellatrix had reported her wand stolen and alerted Gringotts prior to the trio's attempted break in.

In the movie Griphook can be heard whispering "They know.

They know she's an impostor.

They've been warned".

When Harry is visiting Dobby's grave, camera and camera guy can be seen in mirror which Harry holds before he puts it down on grave.

In the final battle, 'Ralph Fiennes' (qv) nose is briefly visible instead of Voldemort's characteristic snake nose look.

When Bellatrix casts her spell at Ginny in the Great Hall near the end of the film, Ginny is standing in front of her family.

However, when Molly Weasley comes forward to attack Bellatrix, Ginny is suddenly behind her father and brothers.

Neville says "We lost Harry tonight.

" but it is clearly morning by this time.

He should have said ".

Last night.

" In HPDH Part 1 the entire roof and much of the walls of the upper floor of the Potter home have been destroyed.

But when Snape visits after the attack the upper floor is still largely intact.

(It is stated in the book that the house has been preserved in the same condition in memory of the Potters.

) When Bathilda Bagshot meets Hermione and Harry flies can be heard buzzing.

As this is mid-winter and judging by the light snow the temperature is quite a lot below freezing no insects could be active.

While Harry is running through Snape's memory a scene from the book is presented.

It is about when Snape is still a death eater and listens secretly to the prophecy made by Sybil.

However Sybil from Snape's memory is shown making prophecy a different prophecy.

It is the prophecy made by Sybil in Prisoner of Azkaban.

Not only the scene but also the dialogs are wrong.

When the group are in the vaults of Gringotts, Hermione is told after they have fallen from the conveyor cart that the Polyjuice potion is no longer working because the 'Thief's Fall' which ejected them and caused them to fall cancels out all magic charms.

However, Hermione is clearly visible as herself and not Bellatrix LeStrange BEFORE when the waterfall has drenched them out, while the potion would still have been effective.

In the flashback to when Snape and Lily were kids, Lily is shown with brown eyes.

This is incorrect because everybody describes Lily to have the same color eyes as Harry in the movie which is blue.

- PLOTIn every film a huge deal is made over the fact that Harry has his mother's eyes.

While Geraldine Sommerville, who plays older Lily Potter does have blue eyes like Daniel Radcliffe, Ellie Darcey-Alden, who plays young Lily, has brown eyes.

I've been a big fan of the books having read each several times in the American and British versions. I was interested to see the movies knowing that there would be some changes required because of length and the fact that it is hard for movies to show thoughts.

As a fan of the Harry Potter franchise (Books & Films), I must say that this absolutely was a fantastic film. It is rewarding in all ways dialog and acting, visual effect, camera angles, the score etc.

Absolutely love this film. It is by far my favourite Potter film out of them all.

The final nail is hammered into the coffin of Harry Potter as the series dies in a stupid action-fest. I'm going to list three reasons I dislike this movie and the direction the Harry Potter films have taken, and then I'll let you all lynch me.

"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2" completes the story of Harry Potter's quest, begun in "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" and continued in "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part1", to find and destroy the "Horcruxes", items in which the evil Lord Voldemort has hidden parts of his soul. Once all the Horcruxes have been destroyed, Voldemort will become mortal.

This is one of my all time favorite movies! Harry Potter keeps the magic alive but adds to the intensity and suspense.

While, personally, I'm not the biggest fan of the books in which these films was based on, I do have to say, this movie is a great movie to end the Harry Potter film series with. 10 points to Griffindor & director David Yates!

The magic is over. The spells, charms and adventures that enchanted the world for over a decade have all come to an end.

All those Harry Potter movies were okay. The books were funny enough, and all the movie adaptations were decent and satisfying.
