When the robber with the ski mask points his revolver at Captain Spaulding for the last time you hear the sound of the hammer being cocked, yet in subsequent shots the hammer is uncocked.

During Bill's torture his sweater vest has a different pattern.

Jerry's right hand jumps on and off his mug between shots.

In the graveyard scene with Mary, the shadow of the camera and cameraman can be seen as she spins around.

When Bill is shown getting his right arm cut off, the ax hits the obviously fake arm and turns sideways.

It does not go all the way through, but the ax wielder is shown immediately afterwards holding the neatly severed limb after only the initial swing.

When Mother Firefly pulls the pistol on Lt.

Wydell the revolver seems very large, and the hammer has been cocked back.

When she fires, the hammer is already down and does not drop.

The gun also appears to be a different, smaller weapon when the scene cuts to Wydell being struck and killed.

When Spaulding hands Stucky the bathroom key it's attached to a hand that is giving different gestures as the camera angles change.

The TV announcer pronounces Dr.

Wolfenstein's name "Wolfen-STEEN".

Wolfenstein pronounces it himself "Wolfen-STINE".

When the side window of the car driven by the four victims is broken, it's regular pane glass, yet cars of that age use tempered glass.

Later scenes of the same car with broken windows also show broken tempered glass.

Last year, I had made a short silly film for a National Graphic Championship held in India. It had all the makings of a film influenced by a variety of films, but lacking any credibility as a movie itself.

This was without a doubt the most pathetic excuse for a movie that I have ever seen in my 50+ years on this planet. The plot was just plain stupid and the acting a bad joke at best.

All I am going to say about this film is that any real horror fan will appreciate that it ticks all the right boxes to be the very best! There might be certain goofs that I would have readily ignored if I hadn't looked at this sight after my first 10 or so viewings of this nearly perfectly gory horror.

Everyone has their own opinions. I saw this when I was young and didn't care for it so thought I'd give it another chance.

It's not easy for me to criticize films like this. This film goes straight over the line.

In his first full-length film, Rob Zombie gives us the first glimpse into his mind in this twisted horror gem that, for some unknown reason, was attacked by critics - with a Rotten Tomatoes percentage sitting at a measly 20.This film is a love letter from Zombie to the horror community.

Many horror fans notice that when they get older, their capacity to watch horror movies increases and the tolerance for watching things that previously made them at best afraid and at worse a subject to years long nightmares they woke up from all sweating and terrified, this is another movie that stretches what you though was the limit, that you could not possibly be surprised by anything else. In my case, wrong.

I've seen goosebumps episode more scare worthy than this garbage. The story line is fleeting at best, there is no character development for any character involved.

The hypocrisy and inconsistency of critics (professional and nonprofessional) never fails to amaze me. It's become apparent over the years that the majority of them only see flaws in the movies they want to see flaws in, and ignore the exact same flaws in movies they're supposed to like.
