It's an impeccable movie that shows the journey of two incomplete entities. It's interesting to realize how the hands with which we learn and feel things, we often tend to take it for granted.

This is one of the few films that offers something- in this case a lot- new. The story of a cut, seperated hand embarking on a journey to find his body is as original as it can get.

Sometimes you miss certain movies that you should have seen much earlier. #ILostMyBody combines stunning animation with a touching story about fate and the unexpected journeys we embark on.

'I Lost My Body (2018)' is an unconventional experience, more of a poem than a traditional film. It mixes the surreal with the mundane intertwines the past with the present.

Absolutely mind-blowing, I just can't believe what I just watched. Now, I need to pay more attention to French animation.

Winner of the Critics' Week Grand Prize at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival, I Lost My Body is an animated film about the attempt to recover a part of one's self which was once vibrant and alive, but is now hidden. Directed by Jérémy Clapin in his first feature film and nominated for Best Animated Feature at the 2020 Oscars, I Lost My Body is the story of a disembodied hand severed in a tragic accident which takes on a life and personality of its own as it seeks reunion with the body it lost.

When the Best Animated Feature nominees were announced, I decided to watch all of them. Toy Story 4 was disappointing, Missing Link was beautifully animated and had great humor, Klaus had a REALLY good heart and story but tired cliches and passable characters and HTTYD 3 was a great send-off to one of my favourite franchises.

A really cool animated film. It has lively animation that suits the thoughtful tone of the story.

Beautiful and very touching movie with wonderful animation ..
