When Katrina is at David's apartment and she's lying on the couch by the window, her shirt is tucked in.

Then the camera pulls out, and her shirt is untucked.

David is lying in bed with Elizabeth toward the end of the film.

He is scruffy.

The very next morning, he wakes up and is clean shaved.

Later, that same day, he is scruffy.

When Elizabeth is lying on the coffee table singing, her mouth doesn't match the words.

When David is speaking with the realtor on his cell phone, the antenna is alternately up/down between shots.

After Elizabeth prevents David from drinking the whiskey at the bar, David puts the glass down and it vanishes.

After Lily gives Elizabeth the M&M cookie, a blue smartie vanishes from the cookie.

As Abby stands at the foot of Elizabeth's bed, her arms change position.

When David enters the bar and finds Jack in there, an extra drink appears on the bar, behind the two women sitting on the stools.

When David is in the library looking for a book, the position of the books on the shelf change.

The position of the multicolored glass bottle in the antique store changes, as David asks Darryl the questions at the desk.

When Katrina asks David where the bathroom is, her thong is barely sticking out of her jeans, yet in the next closeup it is sticking far up above her jeans.

Near the beginning when Abby and Elizabeth are talking on the phone, Abby puts a wooden spoon down by the sink.

In the next shot it's on the other side of the sink.

When Dave gets out of the shower, he picks up his beer and looks in the mirror.

After he is startled, it shows the beer back on the sink.

When David and Elizabeth are sitting together and she's revealing she doesn't want to waste what could be her final night, a large light box is visible hanging outside the window behind them and as the scene plays out, the fixture gives off harsh daylight, during a night scene.

When David is on the rooftop of Elizabeth's apt.

with the real estate agent, the shadows show that the sun is behind her in the beginning of the scene, and when the camera angle changes, her shadow is now behind her indicating the "sun" is now in front.

In the scene on the rooftop right after David turns down Katrina's advances, it is apparent that green screen technology is being used.

There is a green halo around David and Elizabeth's right hand has a green reflection.

After talking to the people in Elizabeth's building about if they knew her, her reflection can be seen in the refrigerator.

Elizabeth is a transparent spirit, but she gives off shadows in the early scenes on the roof and in the street.

There are inconsistencies in what material objects Elizabeth can(not) touch or pick up.

Since she is a fantasy character, she can do whatever the writers say she can do.
