Resident Evil: Retribution

During the fight between Leon, Luther, and Rain at the climax of the film, Rain's gloves seem to disappear in close-ups.

Throughout the car chase, damage on the car disappears and reappears between shots.

When Ada explains how she killed the operatives in the central command station, a security-tape replay shows Ada standing in the center of the room shooting outwards.

But when Alice first enters the room, there are glass walls in front of each workstation, with blood splatters on the inside.

This would imply that the workers were shot from behind.

If Ada had shot from the center of the room, the glass walls would have been shattered.

During the fight between Alice and the Tokyo zombies in the well lit, white hallway, Alice shoots and smashes the zombies, with blood shown coming from the impacts.

However no blood ever appears on the white walls until the end, when only pools can be seen on the floor.

In Afterlife it takes more than a day after removing the scarab device for Claire to start getting her memories back.

But in Retribution, after Alice removes the scarab device from Jill she gets her memories back in only a few minutes.

However, in Afterlife, K-Mart took only a few minutes as well to gain back her memories.

As with any toxin or other medicinal agent, the agent could affect certain people in different ways and may not take very long to work through the system as others.

We see blood and bullets coming out of Rain's fingertips, but there is no blood in the snow.

During the Arcadia battle the tip of the red plane in the air goes from whole to broken to whole to broken.

At the end of the movie Alice lays flat on her stomach and rubs some snow off the ice to see an infected underneath it.

In the next scene no disruptions to the snow are visible.

During the attack on the Arcadia, Alice is seen shooting quarters from her 12 gauge shotgun through the windshield of one of the tilt-rotor aircraft, killing the pilot.

However, the diameter of a quarter is 0.

955 inches; therefore, it would not fit in a 12 gauge shotgun, as the diameter of the shotgun barrel is only 0.

729 inches.

In addition, not only would a projectile such as this never penetrate an armored windshield as is found on tilt-rotor aircraft, the glass "spider-webs" with high energy impacts due to layered plastic laminates, and doesn't shatter, like plate glass would.

The Japanese "J-Pop" zombie changes positions in many shots during the Corridor Fight scene, and in some cases disappears completely, then reappears at the end when she stands up again.

When the system has to reboot, a drawer opens revealing Alice's clothing for the rest of the film.

When Alice walks into the hallway her shoes are a high wedge heel, while later in the film during combat scenes, Alice's heels change from high wedges to low wedged heels.

A computer that mass-produces an army of Millas Jovoviches and and Michelles Rodriguezes? That is a truly evil plan right there.

I only liked good graphics and ideas of such graphics, it is modern, lots of illusions and technology, ideas. Also good final location - the white house, which reminds me of Angel has Fallen movie.

I'm sorry but, am I the only one who thinks that the one who played Jill Valentine got her part from sucking the d*ck of someone from high up? I've never, ever seen such an awful performance in my whole life.

I hate this one, NOT! This is my favorite of all of the Resident Evil movies.

This installment of the Resident Evil series takes the convoluted story of the first four movies and throws it out the window, to replace it with an even more nonsensical story. I have no idea any more who is whom, why characters do what they do and what the point is.

I was stunned at how awesomely bad this sequel is. Of its 117 minute running time, it featured maybe 3 minutes of dialogue, and they were badly written.

Its such a shame the 6 year wait for the final RE movie opening was not about the epic battle as seen in the end of this movie. This movie is made for the adults that loved the cheap 1980s apocalyptic science fiction movies on the rental rows.

Enough already! No more botched video game adaptions!

Following the last movie, Alice is captured and imprisoned by The Red Queen in an Umbrella Corporation's underground facility in Kamchatka. Now Wesker wants Alice to put on a last stand for humanity alongside him.
