Near the beginning of the movie the two children and Uncle Bene are walking away from the Rose Bowl.
As the camera pans back you can see crosses marked on the ground for where the actors are supposed to stand and walk.

Much as with Ray Milland & Donald Pleasence in the first of these this sequel is much more about the baddies - in this case a wonderfully venal Bette Davis "Letha" and Christopher Lee as the bonkers scientist "Victor": Lee must be twice the height of his diminutive co-star! Our pair of kids get to go to Los Angeles for a visit.
I saw this movie in 1978 when i was 12. I thought it was the greatest movie ever.
RETURN FROM WITCH MOUNTAIN is a follow-up to the original Disney hit ESCAPE TO WITCH MOUNTAIN and basically offers more of the same, with slightly grown-up kids and John Hough returning as director. This time around the story is weaker and it doesn't help that the kids are separated for much of the running time, leaving one of them to team up with an amusing street gang of urchins.

Sequel to Escape from Witch Mountain has the two kids from that film returning for a visit. It doesn't take long before they're once again in trouble with people interested in them for their powers (which are called 'energizing' in this one).
