Rotten because i draw a star away from this movie, just like pa salt did in the books about the 7 sisters. actually this is an unheard of magnificent production of historical events and a funny and enriching biography about the little man that wanted to create his own repuvblicca just some 6,5 NM of the coast of rimini italy in the summer of 1968the acting is good, the cast delivers over the whole plank, the location and time era design is unbelievable, and they must have hoovered in every veteranautomobile from museums and private collections that ran on european roads back then, and it gives me a taste of teenage dreams to hear the music and view the clothes made for this production, bravo and bellissim-i-o-a.

This film has great esthetics, probably watchable on that alone, but as a whole is a mess. The narrative is so drawn out, with at least a dozen repetitions of the same joke of incredulity on the part of staid bureaucrats, that about 30 minutes in, you'd be better of stopping viewing.
I honestly can't believe such little hype has been made about this movie.The cast, while A-Listers, never misses a beat throughout the entire run time, and the whole aesthetic is wonderful.
