Errores

The amount of wine in Di Rossi's glass when he first sees Jane - the glass is empty, then full.

When Jane gives Mauro a cigarette in Campo San Stefano, she does not light it for him.

He appears to have no means of lighting it, unless he has matches in his pocket.

Yet, a split-second later, as Jane is walking away, Mauro is puffing away on the cigarette.

When Jane returns to the Antique Shop (minutes before she falls into the canal), as she is crossing the bridge, the camera pans to the shop, and the red goblet appears in the window.

Moments later in the scene the goblet is gone, and there is a silver candelabra in the window.

Great scenery, cinematography and music. As an Italian who spent her summer in those places for years, I can confirm the whole series is a faithful representation of summertime in the Riviera.

Good PG movie, good editing and I liked the music.

I never review shows. However, I thoroughly enjoyed Summertime because it makes you feel.

I didn't much care for the first half of 'Summertime': a posse of beautiful, self-confident and middle-class young feminists assert their right to "to as they please" in the Paris of the 1970s. What is absent from the portrayal is any sense of the personal insecurity that cripples most of us these sisters, it seems, can quite literally do anything for themselves.

The views of Venice are most appreciated, but the story of Summertime leaves something to be desired. Everyone knows (don´t they?

Netflix's new show "Summertime" is a big disappointment on so many levels. While watching, the only uncertainty was which of the segments (acting, directing and screenwriting) would be the worst in the next episode.

LGBT rights are more relevant than ever. In several countries, unfortunately, the trend is towards more difficult living conditions for gays and transgender people.

+ Beautiful love stories + Strong characters + Cinematographer, good job )Slow, just too slow. Sometimes its not bad, but in this, it is.

I read an article that David Lean got the director's job on The Bridge on the River Kwai because Katharine Hepburn had recommended him to Sam Spiegel having recently worked with him on this movie. It's a great story but I fear if Sam Spiegel had taken the time to watch this film things might have turned out differently for David Lean.
