The Blue Danube Waltz is by 'Johann Strauß' (qv) not by 'Richard Strauss (I)' (qv).

'John Banzhaf' (qv)'s name is spelled "Banzahf" and "Banzhaf" at different points in the movie.

Worcester, Massachusetts is incorrectly spelled "Worchester" in the film.

Although a calorie is the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water by 1 degree Celsius, a food Calorie is actually a kilocalorie (aka "kilogram calorie" or "large calorie"), so the nutrition expert's definition is correct in this context.

Near the end, when Morgan Spurlock says, "Why not do away with your Super Size options?" the water condensation runs up the drink.

Ray Kroc did not found McDonalds, the McDonald brothers did.

If not truthful in It's message, Super Size Me is none-the-less a hugely entertaining documentary that also proves to be fairly funny thanks to Morgan Spurlock's natural personality.

J.G.

I was Going through a lot of the negative reviews on this film, and ALL of the ones i read were keen to focus on maybe only 1 or 2 ideological flaws with the way it was presented and ignore everything else. In truth, going on a sudden McDonald's binge after eating mostly healthy low fat vegetarian style food, physiologically does not prove much.

McDonald's is bad for you, just about everybody knows that. But how bad is it really?

This was one of the first ever documentaries I watched that began the evolution of exposing the food industry and the fast food industry.I loved the rawness of Morgan Spurlock's documentation of eating a McDonald's meal for every meal for a month straight.

... Then McDonalds, Burger King and the rest of them would be banned by law.

Supersize me changed how we think about fast food today. It shows how fat their food really is.

Everybody who's been around in early 2000's remembers "Super Size Me". Whether or not you actually watched the film back then you probably read about it or some friend had watched it.

It has been 15 years since this film and the McDonalds' drive-thru is busier than ever with fat parents raising their children in their own images as they 'treat' them and people ordering fries like it is a rule they are not allowed to skip. Sorry Morgan you failed.
