" In the dinner scene at her parent's house after Lina's walk with Johnny, the glasses of water in front of her parents are both full, but during the course of their conversation with Lina, neither of them take a drink of water.

When Lina leaves to answer the phone, but glasses are empty.

According to the invitation shown on screen, the hunt ball is on March 7, but the telegram that persuades Lina to attend the ball is dated March 8.

When Inspector Hodgson is speaking to Lina, at first she is holding her hands together in front of her.

In the next shot, her right hand is by her side and her left hand is behind her.

The position of Lina's head varies between shots while she is talking to Johnnie after he arrives home from London.

When the Aysgarths are eating at Isobel's house, the placement of Johnnie's head varies between shots.

The "British" light switches in the sets are unmistakably American.

They even operate in the American way - up for on, down for off - the opposite of real British switches.

While playing "Anagrams" and Lina changes the letters MUDDER to MURDER she slides the D above the word and slides the R in it's place.

The D is the only up turned tile directly above the word MURDER.

After the camera switches to a close up of Lina and back the the tiles there are now and H and F up turned and 2 face down tiles next to them that weren't there seconds ago.
