This movie is ridiculous and can't be named a 'documentary'. Almost every problem which occurs in the world is blamed on the corporations.

This excellent documentary accurately depicts, through factual reportage, the nature of a corporation, often a destructive force when it comes to the human consciousness, that is, when in contact with human consciousness, often toxic, when placed under considered scrutiny and in historical perspective. In my view, a corporation is not an "entity," nor a "person," despite judges in courts who have ruled it that, judges, perhaps bought and paid for by corporations reaching for control of and over civilization in the United States.

No special insights are provided. It's everytime a rant.

During his 2012 presidential campaign, governor Mitt Romney said cluelessly and with confidence, "Corporations are people, my friend." While this statement might seem odd, even slightly dystopic, American corporations are legally seen as individuals under the fourteenth amendment.

A documentary that came before our times arrived, is still valuable and relatable when more than people and rights of them, corporations, and corporate have it all, and even the government we elect is doing the same. There was a need, then it became greed and now corporations know how to exploit it via psychology, force, power, money, and making everything work according to their benefits.

Still one of the best documentaries on the topic, "The Corporation" highlights the dark side of the capitalist system in an informative and detailed way. With film footage and interviews of noted authors, activists, insiders and business figures the film chronicles the origins of the system from the technological breakthrough in the 18th-Century to its current status as perhaps the most powerful institution in the world.

The Corporation' Documentary looks at the Corporation as if it was a person and looks at its character and the effects that corporations, that have the main aim of earning profit, have had on this world. The corporation is a system, often with a single main objective, to make profits.

At over 2 hours, this is a long documentary but it never feels like it's dragging on. Sadly, watching this in 2020, it seems like not much has gotten any better in 17 years...

Overall I really liked this documentary and agreed with a lot of the points it made. It has a very nice style to it, moving from one point to the next using card ques.
