In the pool fight scene you can see that a rubber ball is moving towards the pool.

However, a few shots later the ball lies on a bench beside the pool.

When Britt and Kato arrive back at the Reid mansion right before their brawl through Britt's rooms, it is night.

But during the fight, daylight can be seen through a window.

In the scene where Chudnofsky is about to shoot Kato at point blank range his gas mask is raised off his face resting on his forehead.

An instant later as he flies backwards it is covering his face.

An instant later as he stands it is gone completely.

In the scene where Kato and Britt are fighting in the pool house, Britt tumbles over the knight and knocks over the wooden weapon in his hand.

The wooden weapon falls on the couch behind Kato.

The camera changes from Kato to Britt and when it changes back to Kato, the weapon is gone.

When Chudnofsky presses the detonator as he leaves the bad guy's hangout, the sign on the wall can be seen to explode before the main explosion comes through the wall (particularly obvious as the scene is in slow motion).

In the scene on the roof where Chudnofsky is telling Popeye about his new name "Bloodnofsky," in one view there is a tree directly behind Popeye.

When the camera position changes, the tree disappears, and then reappears later, several time.

When they Black Beauty is being chased by the police, Kato uses the car's weapons to slice open the police car body and front left tire, causing it to crash.

However, when the police car flips and the front left tire is easily seen in front of the camera, the tire is intact.

The shot of the Green Hornet's car burning rubber after shooting the red light camera shows several identical "burn-out" marks in the street, indicating that there were several other takes of this scene.

When the police are after Kato and Britt Reid for stealing the head off the statue, at one point one of the police car's headlights is not working.

After the police car crashes and turns over, both headlights are working again.

Some people think that when Kato offers Britt a beer, he spins the bottle caps off with his hand.

The brand of beer he does this to does not have twist off caps, but that's the point; he's showing off his abilities to Britt by uncapping a beer bottle with ease and style.

After arriving to meet with Chudnofsky, when the Green Hornet's car is pushed into the hole, shattering glass is heard.

Shatterproof, bulletproof polycarbonate windows wouldn't make that sound (if any at all).

When the Green Hornet is about to get his bullet cut out he yells to sterilize the blade and the spatula in his mouth falls to the ground when she returns with the knife it is still in his mouth.

At the reporters meeting, the assembled reporters reference the green hornet "shooting out a traffic camera" as one of the news stories.

But it had not happened yet.

When Kato first reveals the upgraded Black Beauty, she had been hanging upside down under the flip floor.

This means the engine oil would have pooled in the headers and none would be in the pan; starting her seconds after the flip would ruin the engine.

Some people think that when the Black Beauty's back half is cut off in the elevator, and Kato continues driving it by switching it to front wheel drive, Kato and The Green Hornet forgot that the gas tank is located in the back of the vehicle and as there is no room for a gas tank anywhere else in the car especially since it is stuffed full of weapons in the doors and engine compartment and it could not continue to drive without gas.

This is not true for two reasons, firstly the TV show Mythbusters proved that a car cut in half could run for a short period with the fuel in the gas line and secondly Seth Rogen said on the show that a secondary gas tank had been fitted under the hood of the car When Britt and Ana Lee are walking into the garage for their car hopping make out session, Ana Lee is wearing high heels and when the camera switches to the front view, she's barefoot.
