Perhaps the intention of "Den skyldige" is too obvious in the way it makes a statement about the police forces in kopenhagen, how they work, and what kind of people gets the place to decide for the emergencies of others. I wouldn't know, never went to Denmark, not even to Europe.

It had not been long since the successful series Broadchurch had ended, and I assume ITV wanted to attract the same audience to this short three part series with another murder plot involving a child. Basically Callum Reid (Daniel Runacres-Grundstrom) disappeared in 2008, and five years later in present day his parents Claire (Coronation Street's Katherine Kelly) and Daniel (Darren Boyd) have tried to live as much of a normal life as possible whilst hoping for his return.

No. No.

I saw this movie today and I surprised. It's a uique movie.

Stunning, nerve-wracking--One of the best, if not the best, films of the year. It shows us that a smart director can hypnotize us with absolute minimalism.

Despite being a single location drama, and focusing on a single individual sitting in a Danish emergency call centre and speaking into his headset, The Guilty emerges as one of the most twisty, heart pounding crime thrillers that I have ever seen. It is gripping and motivating at the same time.

You don't need stunning visuals to make a good story, just a good story. This movie proves it.
