The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking

Pippi walks down the wall out of the orphanage, and must jump out of her shoes.

It doesn't show her putting them back on, but she is seen with them on in the next scene, throwing the message in a bottle into the sea.

In the following scene, when the orphanage is on fire, she suddenly has no shoes on and must put them on to climb again.

When Pippi is jumping off the roof on the boat, she says "Papa, catch me!" and her lips don't move.

When Pippi's father catches her after she jumps off the roof of the boat, he throws her back up and at the top of the screen you can briefly see the device lifting her up.

After Pippi tries to sell the sewing machine and rushes around to the other door, you can see that it is green.

When she goes to open it and pulls it open, the camera view is from the inside when it do so, but she is pushing it and it is not green but wooden.

When Pippi is saving the little boy and girl out of the fire on the rope, you can see the plank she is walking on.

When they are playing in the street with the orphans from the children's home, Pippi says "Come on kids, it's Pippi Longstocking day!" When the view changes we see her say it again but there is no sound.

When the kids make the motorcycle jump you can see the wires holding it up.

A modern day bank is seen in town although the story is set in the 1930s.

Words cannot even explain how boring, annoying, and just straight out awful this movie is. i was forced to watch this in third grade, And when i heard that the class was going to watch it again, i took a sick day because this is so terrible, But that didn't stop me from seeing the movie again.

I rented this movie on Netflix, because I remember my younger sister and I watching it in the 80s when we were young and liking it. I have a 6 year old and a 4 year old, and when snowed in on a recent blizzard, we watched it together!

Kiddy movie about a spirited redhead named Pippi Longstocking who's separated from her sea captain father in a storm and comes to live in a small town. There she introduces the kids to her madcap ways while dealing with stuffy adults and some thieves.

After her father's ship is carried off by a sudden storm, the spunky Pippi Longstocking is stranded with her horse, Alfonso, and monkey, Mr. Nilsson, and takes up residence in the old family home, which is thought by neighborhood children to be haunted.

I'm a 59 yr old man who watched this movie with his grandkids. We all enjoyed it immensely.

I loved this movie as a kid, and I still love to watch it from time to time. It makes me feel like a kid again whenever I watch it.

'The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking' is a film starring the popular Pippi, a fun-loving girl who tries to see the good in everything around her and have fun. It has been a long time since I saw this film, but I did like it when I was younger.

I've seen this movie as a child. I liked this cute movie, although after watching it a few times, I got tired of Pippi Longstocking's lyings.
