When the FBI considers past robberies the characters might be linked to, a display board shows "Bank Boston" with a date of 2008.

Bank Boston merged with Fleet Bank in 1999 to form Fleet Boston, which merged with Bank of America in 2004.

When Doug MacRay is talking to his father on the phone across a pane of glass in prison, a camera shot that focuses on Doug shows a reflection of the elder MacRay with his mouth clearly moving, although neither character is speaking at the time.

When the ambulance hits the FBI Mobile Command Center, cables are visible along the street to help pull the truck back.

As Doug is beating up the men who vandalized Claire's car, their apartment door switches from being closed to open, then back to closed.

During a night time scene towards the beginning of the film, two police cruisers drive by with their headlights off.

However, It is common practice for police to "roll dark" when going to a domestic disturbance.

At the end of the movie when Coughlin is shooting at the SWAT officers in the garage as they approach from under the stands, he is shooting an AK-47 style weapon with a folded stock, just after "Gloansy" gets shot in the bullet proof vest, Coughlin starts shooting with a AR-15 style weapon (folded stock), the camera then pans onto the SWAT officers and when it pans back to Coughlin he is again shooting the AK-47.

The robbers van during the armored truck robbery has changed direction and is now facing in the opposite direction (one way street going the wrong way).

There was only a few seconds from when the robbers jumped out, not enough time for the van to turn around.

In the Extended Cut, after the first bank robbery, the assistant manager is said to be recovering at Beth Israel (Deaconess Medical Center, a large hospital in Boston).

When Doug and Claire visit him, "City of Angels Medical Center" (a hospital in Los Angeles) is clearly written on the side of the building in the establishing shot of the hospital.

When Doug and Claire visit the assistant bank manager in hospital he says"I just want to get back to work" yet in the reverse angle shot of him saying this line his lips don't move.

During the chase of the minivan through winding back streets, a point-of-view shot looking forward during a tight right-hand turn shows headlight beams sweeping across a facing wall, yet no vehicle in the chase at that point has its headlights on.

While the gang prepares to rob Fenway Park after the Red Sox-Yankees series, the TV shows a game between the Red Sox and Toronto.

At the flower shop, you can see a bar across the street called "Fitzgerald's.

" Later in the movie, a shot of the flower shop at night shows the reflection of the same bar across the street, but the sign says "The Junction", the real name of the Southie bar where the scene was filmed.

Stephen MacRay is said to be in jail for the murder of two armored car guards in New Hampshire, yet he is shown in a Massachusetts state prison.

In the end credits, 'Slaine' (qv)'s writing credit for the song "Run It" misspells his real name, George Carroll, as "Carrroll".

In the Extended Edition Blu-Ray version, Frawley ('Jon Hamm' (qv)) calls the bank and is told Claire ('Rebecca Hall (I)' (qv)) quit her job "Friday.

" In the very next scene, Claire tells Doug ('Ben Affleck' (qv)) "I quit my job today.

" (Extended cut only) Doug and Claire speak about Doug's parents twice; once in a restaurant during the first date, and the second time in a garden.

Nearly the same dialog is used both times.

The garden scene does not appear in the theatrical cut.

When Special Agent Frawley reviews Claire Keesey's case file, the report reads the crime occurred in 9/2011.

It also states that Keesey was born on May 19, 1978 and is 30 years old.

But if the crime occurred in September 2011, this would make her character 33 years old.

The bag Doug has left for Claire in her garden contains money, a note, and a tangerine, hinting that he has gone to Tangerine, Florida, the hometown of his missing mother.

The last scene of Doug shows him in a stilt house on a coastal waterway.

The real Tangerine is a rural community in Central Florida, far from the kind of waterway pictured in the shot.

But, being a fugitive, it's likely he would be misleading about his true whereabouts in case the message was intercepted.

When Claire states the line, "Years ago, he had lymphoma," 'Rebecca Hall (I)' (qv) speaks the line in her British accent.

When the FBI is talking about Doug's crew, Gem's mugshot on his booking form shows his height to 73" or 6'1".

But further down on the booking form Gem's height is listed as 5'9".

During the armored car getaway scene, the van smashes into a cop car busting out the front left headlight.

However, after the pull off and before they blow it up, the headlight is intact.

When Doug is talking in the garden about his past and answering any question that can be asked his hair style goes from bed head to perfectly groomed in back to back shots.

While the gang is prepping for the robbery of Fenway Park after the Red Sox-Yankees series, the game being shown on television is a game between Toronto and the Red Sox.

When Doug flees to the Anderson-Woburn commuter rail station, the platform sign reads "Trains to Florida".

Trains that go through this station only travel from Boston to Lowell (MBTA) and Boston to Maine (Amtrak), not Florida.

When Kris and Doug are at the bar talking, Kris' drink goes from being almost empty to half full.

When Gloansy is fleeing in the ambulance, Frawley shoots out the left rear tire.

Moments later, when the ambulance collides with the SWAT truck, the tire is intact.

During the chase scene after the armored car robbery, two separate sets of ramps can be seen to let the vehicles drive over the cobblestone curbs without blowing out their tires.

Most easily seen is right after they enter the Jeep and drive onto the main road.

When robbing the Cambridge bank, the video tape at the front door of the bank shows the date to be 06.

On the FBI report, the date of the bank robbery is 9/2011.
