During the conversation in the last scene a long thread from his hospital gown appears and disappears.

When Carl is in the gown speaking to Allison you see his bare backside.

Prior to this his character/stunt double is on a motorcycle speeding to her and you can clearly see that he is wearing shorts.

When Carl is avoiding Peter's phone-calls, Peter rings Carl's doorbell.

When Carl gets up to get the door, his cell phone is clearly on the arm of the couch.

When he gets to the door and begins talking to Peter, his phone is in his hand.

When Carl arrives at the gas station after running out of gas, the large sign with gas price information shows an unleaded price of over $5, but closer inspection of the gas pump screen shows the unleaded price to be under $3.

When Carl hops on the Ducati in his hospital gown to go see Allison, there is a scene where the back of his gown is open and we can see his butt.

But in the next scene, which is shot from farther away, his gown is completely closed in the back.

During the Harry Potter party Carl's lightning scar changes position.

As Carl and Allison enter Norman's party, Allison is wearing high heels but, after when they climb over the fence to get into the arena she is wearing a different pair of shoes.

In the scene where Carl is singing and playing guitar to the jumper out of the apartment window, the singing is out of sync with his mouth during one verse.

During Terrence's motivational speech there is a crease on the bottom left part of his jacket that keeps disappearing and reappearing.

When Alison and Carl are talking on the bench, Alison's hair changes with the change of the camera angle, and then it changes again within the same camera angle.

In the scene after Carl is hit by the car and is in hospital, Rooney's burrito changes sizes.

The photo of Allison and Carl taken on the running motorbike is different from the one she shows after the ride.

The first time Carl walks out his door, there is no nameplate there.

The next time he is at his door, the name "Allen" is there.

This occurs several times throughout the movie.

At the beginning of the film Carl's TV is a Sharp Aquos.

Later on it is a Panasonic.

After he saves the man from the ledge, the camera shows crowd cheering and a fireman is standing by Lucy, but in the close up, it's another guy.

In the scene where Carl is singing and playing guitar to the jumper out of the apartment window, the adjacent window can be seen to have a thick curtain from the outside where it appears to be much thinner from the view inside the apartment.

Also, this same adjacent window can be clearly seen from the inside of the room although at times it is blocked off with a solid wall.

The position of Allison's arm change after she and Carl take a break to drink water after their morning jog.

Her arm with the water bottle can be seen hanging off the rail but then quickly changes position after cutting to a different scene.

When Carl is singing the song "Jumper" to the man on the ledge, he sings it incorrectly.

He sings "And if you never want to see me again, I would understand.

" The actual lyric is "And if you do not want to see me again, I would understand.

" During the Harry Potter party, the position of Allison's hand on her glass changes.

Ducati Hypermotard cycles have 1100cc L2 cylinder engine configurations, yet we hear inline-4 cylinder "supersports" as the sound effect.

A video store section labeled "Family" contains R or NC rated horror films such as _The Thing (1982)_ (qv) and _Saw (2004)_ (qv).

When Carl is filling up the gas container, the read out on the gas pump shows that he filled more than 5 gallons when in reality he does not have a 5 gallon container.

When they are riding on the scooter, both the first time with the gas can and the second time he is driving, they go through several red lights.

This is why car horns are blaring throughout the scene.

When the handheld-keyboard player in the band Munchausen by Proxy plays the passage from "The Star-Spangled Banner," the audio plays it in C major, but her fingers on the keyboard play all white keys with the melodic line resolving on an A, following a pattern that would in reality modulate the melody to A minor.

Before Lucy's bridal shower, Carl is checking his messages and listens to one from Rooney explaining he got into a car accident and his car's front bumper is missing.

Later after Carl is leaving Stephanie's apartment, his car has it's front bumper.

In the scene where they travel to Nebraska and attend a football game and their friends see them on TV, the bottom of the screen reads "Nebraska vs.

Oklahoma".

It should read the other way around; as they were in Lincoln at a home game; the home team appears second.

The scooter featured in the film is a modern Aprilia Mojito with a 4-stroke engine and a twist-and-go continuously-variable transmission (no shifting), yet the audio is of a 2-stroke engine with a manual transmission.

When Carl is in the hospital and realizes how to reconcile with Allison, he asks the time, and is told "5:40 AM.

" However, we can clearly see strong daylight illuminating the closed blinds of his hospital room.

Then, when he runs outside of the hospital, it is midday.

When he arrives at Griffith Observatory, the lighting changes back and forth from midday to early morning.

Carl and Allison take cover from the rain in a barn.

Carl, who should be soaking wet, has only a few water stains on his shoulders.

His hair and face are completely dry.

The end credits claim to list the cast in order of appearance, however 'Zooey Deschanel' (qv) is listed second despite appearing later than other actors listed below her.

After Carl goes bungee jumping he is seen answering his cellphone while still suspended from the cord.

Due to the risk of them falling out of your pocket mid jump, most, if not all, bungee services would advise you to empty your pockets of anything valuable, like a cell phone.

When Carl is racing Lee's motorbike to get to Allison, Carl is not the one riding the bike.

When he is on the freeway he can be seen holding in the clutch even though the bike does not shift gears.

Despite the fact that I am a huge fan of Carrey, I admit a lot of his comedic performances are somewhat ridiculous. But this is legitimately a sensible comedy where he doesn't use a lot of his "Rubberface" antics and actually just acts funny.

Being lucky, I already saw "Yes Man" and was pleasantly surprised. Jim Carrey is not really my all time favorite (despite his comic talent and acting skills), but in this movie he seems to have hit the spot.

Jim Carrey has made a name in over the top comedy. Not everybody likes his humour, and his films are not to my taste, but I saw Ace Ventura, and I thought it was fun.

Yes Man is a fun experience. Yes it is clichéd, and yes it doesn't stray from the tried and true comedy film formula, but it is a very enjoyable film.

I had a chance to see an advance screening of Yes Man last night and I have to say it's one of his best comedies since Me, Myself & Irene. I've always been a fan of Jim Carey, whether he's doing juvenile comedy like Ace Venture or adult orientated drama like the highly underrated Man On The Moon & Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind.

I saw a free screening of this hilarious movie in my hometown and it was MAGNIFICENT!!! It starts off fast and never slows down (never a dull moment in the movie) and for fans of Jim Carrey (like me) who wants him to be himself, prepare to laugh so extremely hard that will have your sides in excruciating pain from all the laughter you made!!

As a few others out there I was also fortunate enough to be able to see this before its actual theater release date and I will admit I am very glad I took this opportunity. As Jim Carrey is well know for his comedy he graciously continues in the film to continually bless us with his acting abilities.

Having just seen this, I can say that this is Jim Carrey at his worst. How he sank to such a low level is beyond me.

Being a teenager in the 1990's, I have to say I was never a big fan of Jim Carrey's mainstream performances in the movies that made him the star that he is today. Hits like Ace Ventura, Dumb & Dumber and Liar Liar left me mostly indifferent to Carrey's rather obscene personality.
