Unfortunately, the world does contain directors who seemingly have no understanding of what a bad movie is. And Eduardo Schuldt happens to be one of them.
My kids ages 2, 3, 5 and 7 love this movie. They made is easy for them to understand, not scary and the owl telling it was cute.
Not animation state of art today, but inventive ! Already the opening is full of animation ideas.
Love animation to bits, always have, always will. So, despite my recent negative reviews on animations seen recently, one cannot accuse me of being an animation detractor or not knowing who animation is aimed at target audience-wise (the whole family, not just children contrary to what is constantly ignorantly spouted, particularly for panned family films).
I wish I could say something nice about this film, though I couldn't find one redeeming quality about it. Since this was filmed in 2015 you would expect the animation and artwork to be a higher standard, however, it's just too simple and has a lazy feel to it.
